1. How do I track my order? 

American Knockout Wear (AKO) uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to save you money. If a tracking number is required, an additional fee may be added.

2. How long does it take to ship my order? 

Apparel that is in stock takes 1-3 business days to ship and generally takes within 2 weeks to arrive depending on your location in the U.S. If your item is not in stock you will be given an expected ship date via your email address.

3. What are your charges for shipping and handling?

According to the state you live in, shipping and handling charges are based on order size, destination and delivery time from our warehouse.  Look out for our Free Shipping offers we occassionally offer for big savings!

4. What payment methods can I use? 

American Knockout Wear (AKO) currently accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. All payments are processed securely through our SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

5. How can I change or cancel my order? 

In order to change or cancel your order, please immediately write to: sales@akowear.com. If you wish to cancel your order, and it has not been shipped or in the process of shipping, we will offer a full return according to your payment method (terms may apply). 6. What is your Return or Exchange Policy? 

American Knockout Wear (AKO) offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products!

AKO's Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any unworn apparel for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges are for similar items of color, style or cost. If the return is past 30 days from time of order, we will issue you an exchange or credit towards your next order.

7. How do you handle Out of Stock or Backordered items? 

American Knockout Wear (AKO) tries very hard to keep all apparel and miscellaneous items in stock. However, sometimes one item might be very popular and we have a hard time keeping them in stock. In this case, we will do everything to let you know, on our website, that the item is Out of Stock or is being Backordered. An email will be sent to you immediately to let you know about the delay in shipping and/or cancelled order due to being out of stock. If you would like to Exchange your item for another, please reference the above link "What is your Return or Exchange Policy" or go here.

8. Will you be making apparel for "Junior" (boys and girls) and/or "Toddler" sizes? 

We are looking into the near future for production in "Junior" and "Toddler" sizes and we would like to hear from you to get your opinion and any suggestions! Currently, we offer a "Youth Winter Hat" for sale, however, many small size shirts may fit your youth.
